Pearl International Tours and Travels Private Limited does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click on the Cancel button. For online cancellation, Sastiticket will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges. To amend/cancel your ticket offline, call Sastiticket Customer Care on 180030006170. For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 300 per person per sector, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply. For international flight bookings a standard fee of Rs 1000 per person would be charged for online cancellation and 2000 for any offline cancellation, over and above the airline own cancellation charge. For no-show on domestic flights, Sastiticket will charge Rs. 100 per person per sector as standard no-show charges. Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Sastiticket Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
Fees Payment
Sastiticket.com reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. Sastiticket.com further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.The user shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services.In case, there is a short charging by Sastiticket.com for listing, services or transaction fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion.In the rare possibilities of the reservation not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, we will process the refund and intimate you of the same. Sastiticket.com is not under any obligation to make another booking in lieu of or to compensate/ replace the unconfirmed one. All subsequent further bookings will be treated as new transactions with no reference to the earlier unconfirmed reservation.The user shall request Sastiticket.com for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' air or hotel booking for any reasons within 60 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check in for the hotel booking. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines, hotels and Sastiticket.com as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 60 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or �¢??no show�¢?? air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
Promotion Codes
Sastiticket.com generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon. Sastiticket.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice. In case of dispute with any party, Sastiticket.com's decision will be binding and final.When you register with Sastiticket.com, we or any of our partners/affiliate/group companies may contact you from time to time to provide the offers/information of such products/services that we believe may benefit you.

Flight booking policy
The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes. Excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking. There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights. Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service requests are on request basis only and are subject to airlines confirmation. For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles, please contact the airline directly Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months. To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare. Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age. The passenger needs to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for Air India and Air India Express International flights, else will be considered as a no show. As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure. Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old.
